| Cleaning fee - $135 Rent a slip at State Park Marina (only 5 minutes away) - $15 per day No pets - see policies Check-in after 4 p.m. and Check-out by 10 a.m. Please note that these times allow our professional housekeeping to thoroughly clean before each party's arrival. Theses times may be flexible during off-season stays only. If you would like to arrive early, feel free to relax in the clubhouse or take a dip in the swimming pool while you wait. ***No additional for taxes*** Personal checks are preferred Credit cards are accepted 50% of rate and cleaning fee due when booking is made Balance is due before 45 days of arrival Cancellations made prior to 45 days of arrival will be refunded, less $150 booking fee, and only when your dates are booked by another party. No refunds for cancellations within 45 days of arrival or for early departure. ~ Why? ~ Because we mainly accommodate large groups of family and friends, and it is difficult to arrange a vacation for a large group within a short period of time. If your dates are booked by another party, we will gladly refund your payment.
